You will get full training on all the products that you will be dealing with in order to provide the best-in-class in terms of support to clients
The role: A nice mix of administrative support and technical 1st line help desk to customers : FULL TRAINING provided
Duties
Liaising with customers on a regular basis based at dealerships
Taking in bound calls
Monitoring inbound call volumes
Dealing with customer queries and finding solutions
Creating weekly summaries of numbers of calls and the reasons for those calls
Sending customer feedback to the Product and Operations teams
Suggesting product improvements or highlighting trends
Providing a personalised customer service by visiting clients in Manchester, reading and Coventry area to help with their queries and resolve technical problems
Requirements
Some previous experience of Technical support in a customer services setting
