Job Title: Spanish-speaking Customer Service Executive – Based in Northern Ireland
Language Required: Fluent in Spanish and English
Salary: Up to £23,000 – £25,000 per annum + bonus
Location: Portadown, Northern Ireland

The Role: As a member of the International Customer Care Team, you will engage in daily Spanish communication. Your responsibilities will include:
Handling initial inquiries and some post-sales administration tasks.
Assisting with quotations and pricing requests.
Meeting service level targets.
Efficiently resolving customer problems within agreed timelines to ensure satisfaction.
Developing and maintaining comprehensive knowledge of the company’s products and services.
Updating and maintaining accurate customer information in the SAGE customer database.
Providing ongoing support to team members and management.
Achieving KPI targets as set by the Customer Service Manager
Researching and outreach to potential new customers / markets
Working with external 3rd party partners to develop existing new markets in line with business strategy
Managing 3rd party customer portal
Working closely with external sales team to ensure delivery of existing and new business opportunities
Requirements:
Fluent in Spanish.
Previous sales experience is essential.
Previous experience in a customer care role.
Excellent IT skills, including proficiency in MS Office and experience with Sage
