Spanish and Portuguese Supplier engagement Executive
Role: Supplier Engagement Executive
Pay rate: £26000.00 per annum
Contract: 6 month (with a view to move permanent)

their services enable members to bring together many kinds of different data, standards and certifications, to make informed business decisions, and to drive continuous improvement across their value chains
*Outbound sales support, participating in Supplier Engagement Projects – guiding members to set-up accounts via phone and email
*Make an agreed number of outbound calls and contacts per assigned projects to meet the project targets
*Actively manage individual projects as allocated and ensure all projects have up to date statistical reports available
*Engage with Lapsed Members via phone and email to highlight the benefits of membership in order to renew their membership
*Advise on the membership categories and pricing available
*Confident in IT Systems in particular, proficient in all Microsoft Office packages and experience using CRM systems
*Experience working in different Internet browsers
*Professional and flexible attitude, with good interpersonal skills
*Proactive and enthusiastic individual who is comfortable with working in a small business environment where flexibility is required
*Good knowledge retention, excellent organisational skills and commitment
*degree level education preferred or equivalent experience
*Experience in working with the Latin American market (highly desirable)
*An interest in ethical trade and responsible supply chain management
*Strong language capabilities – English with Spanish and ideally Portuguese – Both must be completely fluent to a very high standard
