COMPANY You will be working for one of the best-known high-end fashion businesses with a clientele that is selective and HNW or UHNW. In this rarefied retail “space” you will be tasked with creating and then implementing a retail sales strategy and will liaise with all the other teams across the business. DUTIES The role in a nutshell: You will be exploring and implementing ways to maximise the profitability of retail operations in Italy.
Develop a retail strategy that supports the business in a measurable way.
Track the performance of the retail business and evolve key priorities in line with performance.
Fully accountable for trading margin budget
Develop a clear luxury merchandising strategy
Identify growth and new business investment opportunities
Attend monthly financial reviews
Present monthly results against targets
Ensure that an EPOS strategy is introduced to improve visibility of performance
Drive optimal trading margin through detailed analysis of category performance on a unit by unit basis.
Oversee and build sales, budgets, projections costs and overhead.
Providing leadership and guidance to management teams in order to ensure that each store or department functions efficiently
REQUIREMENTS
Fluent English
Experienced within luxury goods
Experience as a Retail Director
Happy to be based in Milan, Italy
