The Role
As a Remote Recruitment Consultant, you will:
- Manage the full 360 recruitment process
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Source, interview, and place high‑quality candidates
- Develop new business opportunities and nurture existing accounts
- Work towards realistic KPIs and revenue targets
- Represent the company with professionalism and enthusiasm
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience as a Recruitment Consultant (agency experience preferred)
- Strong communication and relationship‑building skills
- Self‑motivated, driven, and able to work independently
- Ability to manage your own desk and workload confidently
- A positive, resilient attitude and a passion for delivering results
