Salary : Total comp : £26,000 + 5 weeks holiday
(total comp is made up of a base salary of £23,500 + a £2500 fixed bonus )

COMPANY DETAILS
Global supplier and retailer in the food sector. This is a non-profit organisation and your role is to help with POS technology .
SHIFTS : You will need to be able to cover 8am-4pm or 9-5.30pm Monday -Friday on a rota system . You will need to cover 1 in 4 weekends on a rota basis (1 week in 3) to help with critical cover
DUTIES
This is a bilingual role
Logging store enquiries on the Helpdesk call logging system accurately and in a timely manner
Providing some IN- STORE Technology support e.g. PC, Card payment solutions, POS software/Hardware, receipt printer and basic Networking skills required
Keeping all unresolved assigned tickets updated
Escalating critical issues to senior member of the team or Team Lead
Logging and resolving all incidents on the Helpdesk coming from EMEA.
Dealing with retail POS ( Point Of Sales) hardware and software
Use of MS Windows XP/7, MS Office, printer setup & configuration,
