Contract: Permanent Location: Central London (full time office based) Salary: £31,000 to £33,000 depending on experience + A discretionary bonus
Our client is a leading provider of premium visa services to businesses and individuals with UK, European, and global presence.
A rare opportunity has come up to work onsite at one of their key clients’ offices, who are one of the world’s most prestigious financial organisations. The role will support with visa advisory work to consultants who travel internationally as part of their job and liaise with the local office to support with processing applications.
The ideal candidate will have exceptional customer service skills, excellent attention to detail, and good administrative skills. You should be a resourceful individual, who is able to work on their own, and respond to queries quickly and efficiently.
Responsibilities
Serve as dedicated points of contact for end-to-end immigration processes
Provide travel support and accurate travel information to employees; ensuring all employees are aware of up-to-date travel requirements and they are fully compliant with immigration rules.
Handle short term visa applications, ensuring smooth and efficient visa processing.
Cross checking completed workloads to ensure the data record is accurate
Managing own time to ensure maximum efficiency whilst remaining flexible to changing priorities.
Requirements
Previous data/application processing experience with a strong administrative background including some client facing responsibility
Fluency in English to a high standard (Both written and spoken) – Essential
Additional languages are a great plus – not essential
Exceptional customer service skills
Excellent communication skills, interpersonal skills, and good telephone manner
Proven organisational abilities and time management skills
Flexibility to travel to other offices when required (within London)
