The Role: as the office support administrator, you will oversee a number of diverse tasks, always putting the customer experience and ongoing relationship management at its heart. You will be joining a passionate and talented team who looks after their client queries and you will aim to ensure an excellent client experience. Within others, your responsibilities will be:
Being the main key contact person for clients, providing an outstanding customer service experience
Managing staff contracts and maintaining holiday and sickness records for employees.
Monitoring and ordering office supplies
Responding to customer enquiries
Ensuring adequate staff levels to cover contract staff cover
Monitoring all relevant staff safeguarding checks
Managing the company IT and telecoms functions and general office.
Monitoring client payments
Overseeing the GDPR policy
Overseeing incoming and outgoing post and courier deliveries
Other administrative tasks
Great analytical skills and the ability to analyse problems logically.
High level of numeracy.
At least 2 years of office experience.
Excellent communication skills.
Extremely competent with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Good interpersonal skills, particularly via telephone.
Exceptional time management skills and detailed as a person.
