Job Title: Mandarin Speaking HR Manager 中文人力资源经理

Salary: Up to £35k depending on experience
The Company: The company is a global provider of advice to students looking to study abroad during their time at University. The company provides course advice, country details, information on overseas Universities and on the documents required for international study. It also helps student with UK accommodation and has an important online platform that will help Chinese students secure good London accommodation.
*Develop and implement HR policies, procedures and processes aligned with the Company’s business strategies and ensure they are up to date with current UK employment law;
*Plan, organize and participate in staff on-boarding, probation, promotion, etc.;
*Liaise with colleagues in China to ensure group wide compliance;
*Manage employee relations, including managing absence, disciplinaries, grievances and sickness;
*Manage recruitment activities to support the needs of business;
*Reporting of HR related KPI, data and statistics to Senior Management and Head Office;
*Manage work permit sponsored employees under the guidance of legal experts;
*Organize and develop staff training programmes;
*Mange employees’ payroll;
*Process HR related Invoicing;
*Other tasks assigned by Line Manager or Management Team.
*Minimum 2 years HR generalist experience gained in the UK;
*Degree in Human Resources or related discipline will be a plus;
*CIPD is preferable;
*Proficient user of Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint etc.;
*Excellent communication skills with people of different seniorities;
*Good organizational, time management, planning skills;
*Great numeric and literacy skills;
*Fluent spoken and written English and Chinese (Mandarin).
