Our client, a Chinese property developer is looking for a Finance Manager to join their new office in London. It will be a great opportunity to be involved in the setting up of the new office.
*Bookkeeping on QuickBooks software;
*Managing the budget and recording office expenditure;
*Payroll management and payments;
*Processing sales invoices, expense receipts and payments;
*Managing client bills and payments and pension payments;
*Liaising with customers over the payment of their invoices;
*Completing VAT returns;
*Managing statutory filing requirements;
*Production of management accounts;
*Assisting the CEO/Founder in the creation of investment presentations and packs and investor outreach and communications.
*Educated to degree level in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related fields;
*Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience, experience in real estate companies will be a plus;
*Flexible and hands-on;
*Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
*Fluent spoken and written Chinese (Mandarin) and English;
