The company is still establishing itself in the UK and is now looking to recruit a number of key staff to help spearhead its growth in the UK and in Europe.
Support on company and project-based recruitment requests on a global scale
Own and manage HR processes to deliver operational excellence. Including payroll, contracts, reports, benefits, and other key HR operations.
First point of contact for employee queries, advice, guidance and support to staff in relations to HR.
Own employee lifecycle from hiring, onboarding, changes, probation, performance, offboarding.
Ensuring accurate information is submitted to payroll monthly and employee records and data are well maintained and reported
Ensure the smooth delivery of HR related administrative tasks
Work cross-functionally to ensure the delivery of wider HR and business projects
Ensure the legal and statutory compliance of policies and procedures
Support on all finance processes, expenses, admin
Own immigration processes, manage compliance of international transfer
Support and coordinate on legal request from time to time
Other office management tasks when staff return to office
