Duties: There may be some eventual international travel involved in order to visit clients.
Nurture and manage a key accounts client portfolio, managing client expectations and service requirements.
Build strong, collaborative long-term working relationships at executive level
Communicate data-driven recommendations and industry best practices
Ensure that the client understand technical processes by using straight-forward language to communicate with a largely non-technical audience
Work in harmony with internal teams on monthly deliverables.
Keep up to date on industry trends
Stay in constant close contact with clients .
