Our client is a global fashion brand looking for a German Vendor Relations Administrator to join their amazing Vendor Relations Team under the Accounts Payable Department (Finance) managing and resolving vendor queries.
Title: German Vendor Relations Administrator – Fashion Start date: ASAP End date: February 2024 (with opportunity to extend) Location: Watford Work form: Hybrid – 3x onsite (Tuesday to Thursday), 2x remote (Monday and Friday) Hours: 9am to 5pm with 30mins break (37.5 hrs per week) Reporting to: AP Merchandise Supervisor Pay rate: £14.14/hr – £16/hr or £29,120 – £33,280 per annum
Job Summary
To ensure all Merchandise vendor queries are dealt with in an accurate & timely manner and to manage the day to day AP merchandise queries.
Responsibilities
* To deal with all incoming vendor queries. * To build on excellent working relationships with both our external and internal customers. * To ensure all queries are dealt with in an accurate, timely and professional manner. * To reconcile vendor statements and obtain copies of any outstanding invoices and correct any anomalies between our system and vendor’s statement. * To ensure expected targets are consistently met * Any bad debts are prioritised and resolved in a timely fashion
Key Skills, Knowledge & Experience
* Fluent in German and English * Experience of working in a high volume Accounts Payable Department * Self-motivated and works on own initiative * Ability to make decisions based on information available * Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate and influence internal and external stakeholders * Experience of handling vendor queries within a finance setting
