Title: German Speaking Customer services & Reservations Executive Location: Central London Salary: £22,000 Total compensation + excellent onsite benefits (£21,000 basic per annum plus financial incentives)
This is a wonderful opportunity to join a dynamic property company with a portfolio of well over 500 locations in the UK and overseas. The company specializes in providing flats and luxury accommodation for business and holiday visitors to the UK who want slightly longer term accommodation and more space than a traditional hotel would normally offer. There has been a huge increase in trade with Germany recently and you would be joining the German team and be using your English and German on a daily basis in a really friendly, fast-paced environment. This role would suit a graduate trainee with a passion for the leisure and tourism industry.
Within others, your key responsibilities will be:
* Front of house and guest services role * Dealing with inbound enquiries both over the phone and also via email * Taking visitor details, booking accommodation and processing visitor reservations * Managing complaints (where they arise) and ensuring the cancellation policy is clear * Proactively promoting the property * Managing promotional offerings and in-house events * Providing an informal ” concierge” service and providing information on events and activities happening in London
The suitable candidate will have: * Fluent German * Previous hospitality experience would be helpful
