Our client provides a platform built to improve the quality and interaction between patient and the medical organisation. It collects and digitises patient feedback and publish it through multiple channels. The market it booming and they are looking to expand!
We are looking to grow the German Market by adding smart, driven and passionate individuals into the Team. Candidates do not need experience in Sales, but must be enthusiastic and motivated, with outstanding communication skills and willingness to learn. Within others, your responsibilities will be:
– Building a pipeline of leads by cold calling and emailing a wide range of clients allocated in your area. This involves researching companies, identifying the key business decision makers and appointment setting.
– Working on Sales Targets given by the Sales Manager and providing weekly reports of activity.
– Updating and maintaining a CRM sales database with the relevant information.
– Writing business emails to current customers as well as introduction emails, promoting the company’s added value to clients.
Required skills/experience – Fluency in German and English is a must. – Tenacious and commercial, with a client-centric mindset and good negotiation skills. – Interest in Software Solutions. – Fantastic communication and presentation skills and attention to detail. – Strong analytical skills to collect business needs and monitoring/identifying trends in data. – Creative, and problem-solving abilities. Extremely proactive and willing to learn.
