German or Nordics – Junior Financial Controller

Title: German or Nordics Speaker Junior Financial Controller

Location: West London

Salary: CIRCA 36,000 GBP depending on experience

Languages: German or Scandinavian language (Swedish, Danish, Norwegian, Finnish).

This role will suit a qualified or part-qualified AAT or someone in the process of finalising ACCA-CIMA. The company provides corporate services for external clients, including legal, financial administration and reporting, as well as people management.

Within others, your main responsibilities will be:

• Reconcile accounts payable to the creditors control account in general ledger and the accounts receivable to the debtors control account. Reconcile payroll and pension accounts.
• Post purchase invoices onto systems
• Support payroll manager with processing of client payrolls.
• Check supplier statements and request copy invoices.
• Updating accounts payable with new suppliers.
• Raise & post sales invoices.
• Updating sales ledger with new customers.
• Various reconciliations of general ledger accounts.
• Checking expenses, credit card and petty cash and that all receipts have been included – Once checked, ensuring the correct authorisation has been applied and booking the data.
• Working with and updating the Standard operating Procedures.
• Setting up payments within agreed routines and across various banks.
