We are excited to be working with one of the biggest communications platforms in the world for the Earned Media sector and we’re looking for 6 x German speakers to join their UK Media Research Department.
The aim of the Media Researcher is to bring support to the company’s customers, customer service teams, internal stakeholders, global research teams making sure requests are dealt with in a timely manner and being the guardian of company’s databases.

We are looking for a professional and confident communicator, with the ability to quickly build a rapport and win the confidence of journalists and other media representatives. You will also enjoy working in a changing environment, have a high level of confidentiality and use your own initiative to meet objectives
Duties and responsibilities: * Build and maintain excellent relationships with client services team members
Ensure customer satisfaction
Hit SLA standards on a consistent basis and where applicable, escalate customer impacting issues to Line Manager
Researching and verification of journalist data, and updating the database accordingly in line with Data Protection
Maintain the accuracy of the database through productive research and data entry
Deal with DACH GDPR requests and related actions liaising with Senior Privacy Executive
Responsible for the DACH bounce back report
Source contents for journalists European and DACH newsletter
Managing time efficiently to meet objectives
Essential Skills and Experience:
Fluent in German to a native level
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in all work
Ability to conduct productive research via internet and telephone
Relationship building and maintaining relationships
Able to multi-task
Experience of the media industry ideal but not necessary
Computer literate (MS Office)
