TITLE: GERMAN speaking Digital Marketing Client Relationship/ Retention Manager

Salary: Up to £40,000 + 10% bonus and fantastic benefits
*You will be responsible for CUSTOMER RETENTION and will be tasked with proactively re-engaging with lapsed customers using creative email campaigns and promotions.
*Liaising with internal departments including country and product teams
*Develop campaigns that are bespoke and show an understanding of your customer using customer analytics
*Create tailored email campaigns that take into consideration different local tones
*Deliver the campaigns on a weekly and quarterly basis.
*Measure campaign results and net retention rates
*Constantly analyse different customer segments, groupings, locations and demographics and align the digital campaign to meet the needs of these groups
*Produce plans to attract and retain customers using onsite messaging, email, SMS, push notifications and social media
*Keep up-to-date with competitors, and new trends
*Digital marketing and email marketing campaign experience
