This is a lovely customer care role for a GERMAN speaker. This is not a typical call centre role , and in stead you will be encouraged to really understand what the customer is looking for and to take your time on the phone in order to provide the right solution to any questions that the customer may have around insurance claims. Listening , care, and attention to detail are hall marks of this role. In exchange you will have the chance to work 3 days from home and just two in the office. Simply a nice straight forward role in a friendly team either here in the UK.

The Role: As the first point of contact you will “advise, help and record ” everything related to an insurance claim on behalf of your client . The aim is to make the insurance claim process as stress-free as possible
Advise & Help with Claims : Customer Service:
Take inbound customer calls with the aim of understanding the specific needs of the client
Evaluate the claim based on the type of loss
Give advice
Handle emails and correspondence
Manage complaints when they arise and escalate where needed to senior management
Liaise with suppliers and liaise with outside adjuster for claims exceeding authority
Prepare and issue payments
Record
Record insurance information
Investigate and gather necessary documentation/evidence for verification
Estimate loss or damage amounts, revising reserves as needed during investigation
Notify insurers of claims with questionable coverage for evaluation
