Salary: £25,000 base + yearly commissions (30k OTE)
Location: North London, working 2 to 3 days in the office and the rest WFH
Hours: Mon – Fri 9am – 5pm
Our client is part of a network covering more than 120 countries and representing 80 trade shows in 18 major sectors of activity. They promote French trade exhibitions in the UK. They helps exhibition and event organisers to develop their strategy and ensures that the most appropriate sales, marketing and promotional actions are put in place to attract and retain international visitors and exhibitors.
The company is now looking for a Sales executive with a talent for account management and business development to sell exhibition spaces to British companies and take charge of her/his own portfolio of trade exhibitions. Ideally the candidate will be fluent in both English and French and will have had at least one-year successful commercial experience in the UK. This is a great opportunity for a commercial candidate, quick learner, passionate about discovering many sectors of activity to further advance her/his commercial experience.
This is a full-time position, based in London with few travel in Europe/UK.
Your duties will include:
Update the commercial database
Account manage existing clients
Identify, pursue and win new businesses
Attend the relevant exhibitions in the UK in order to make contact with potential exhibitors
Take part in the commercial development of the company: events, exhibitions and commercial presentations, prospection tools
