My client is looking for friendly and courteous team members to act as advocates for the brand when communicating to consumers via telephone, email, web chat and social media.
This is a multi-lingual role requiring written and oral fluency in Dutch and English
Provide excellent, proactive customer service at all customer contact points, offering a seamless communication via telephone, email, web chat and social media
Act as a country specialist for your market to advise on current trends and local knowledge
Collaborate closely with Customer Resolution team to ensure order fulfilment
Use and analyse all consumer feedback to cultivate process improvements to improve the consumer experience
Get involved with consumer experience projects with the wider business
Previous experience in a Customer Service role is a plus
