Dutch/German Customer Support ( Hospitality sector)
This is a lovely role and you can do it mainly working from home ( 2 days in the office). You will be taking inbound calls from restaurant clients across Holland, Austria and Germany and providing then with product information and all the help they need to support their business. It’s very consultative role in which you will be supporting business owners . TITLE : Dutch/German Customer Support Services Assistant ( Hospitality sector)
Location: Hybrid work ( 2 days in the office . The rest will be wfh)

Contract Type: Permanent role
Language needed: Fluent Dutch and German
Salary :c£31,000 ( made up of c£28,000 pa + fixed 10% bonus. There are lovely additional benefits)
Company: Customer contact centre providing a global centralised customer care ” hub” for clients within the hospitality sector .
Duties:
Use of Dutch, German and English daily both written (email) and spoken
Logging enquiries
Dealing with restaurant queries
Advising of administrative, training or general support
Coordinating training dates
Liaising with external suppliers including food, beverage and packaging suppliers, suppliers of food and all high value catering related equipment such as ovens, etc .
Writing supplier reports in German. English and also in Dutch
Liaising with customers holding loyalty cards
Requirements
Ability to speak fluent Dutch and fluent German
Experience of a call centre or high pressure customer services role in the past (hotels, call centres or other)
