The role
The Data Account Manager (FMCG – Private Labels) will utilize a wide range of skills and work across major functional areas such as category management, pricing, inventory management, supply chain, marketing, and finance to drive the performance of selection and strategic vendor partners.
The successful Data Account Manager (FMCG – Private Labels) is a supporting role that will work closely with the buying team providing data insights and reporting vendor performance and communicating the feedback directly with suppliers with a goal of optimazing output.
Duties
Vendor facing role and high capacity working is complex teams.
Data analytics and insight.
Supply chain optimization.
External supplier payment resolution.
Reporting for – supplier performance, buying and merchandise, logistics, and cost.
Essential Skills
1+ years of account management, project or program management or buying experience.
Bachelor’s degree ideally in Engineering or similar.
Experience using Excel and other business analytic tools.
Experience in retail (either physical stores or online) or within FMCG.
