Title: German Customer Care Assistant (Luxury jewellery)
Salary : £12.33 inclusive of holiday pay . Double the hourly rate for Sundays and Bank holidays.

Hours: The office is opened 7am-7pm daily but you will only work 37 hours per week unless you chose to do overtime (8am-4pm, 9am-5pm, 10am-6pm or 11am-7pm)

This is a busy customer care role within the luxury goods sector where you will be dealing with taking inbound B2C calls and emails from customers making enquiries about jewellery-related Christmas deliveries and gifts. Work is in German and English all the time and you will be in a team of multicultural and multilingual people in a friendly environment where there is lots going on.
