The business is the market leader in championing language teaching in the UK. The majority of its offerings are now online with their new language teaching platform!
Supporting the Sales and Operations teams, you will provide the business with exemplary client service and admin support. This is an incredibly varied and diverse role. Duties will include:
- Liaising with schools and parents to ensure that their students have all they need to study with us successfully
- Managing customer interactions and scheduling lessons on our online systems
- Invoicing customers and ensuring that all billing is up to date
- Fulfilling book orders for schools and parents
- Arranging and running demo lessons with prospective students
- Collecting and collating teacher paperwork
We are looking for very bright, highly motivated individuals to join this incredible team and help build the business to exciting new levels!
