Job Title: Chinese speaking Customer Service / Lifestyle Manager
Location: Central London
Salary: £20,000 – £28,000 depending on experience (with up to £4000 discretionary bonus)
Our client, a global market leader for lifestyle management concierge services, is looking for passionate, motivated and resourceful individuals to join their fast-growing China team in London.
*Make use of your knowledge, contacts and know-how to deal with customers’ requests;
*Handle customer requests related to travelling, retail and entertainment reservations;
*Conduct research to provide personalised solutions based on customers’ requests within a specified time frame;
*Liaise with various suppliers to follow through on customers’ requests
*Fluent in spoken and written English and Mandarin or Cantonese;
*Minimum 2 years’ experience in customer service;
*Outstanding communications and interpersonal skills;
*Passionate about delivering the highest customer service standards and dedicated to customer satisfaction;
*Work with professional manner at all times;
*Able to work independently and perform well with limited supervision;
*Detail oriented and excellent problem-solving skills.
