Your role is to develop new relationships with schools and the head teachers interested in giving their students a real learning “edge”.

This is a dual role combining 1) portfolio client management and 2) the development of new business opportunities globally .
This is a B2B sales role
Manage the retention of existing customers and upsell products as appropriate
Assisting with Webinars and online demonstrations
Contact lapsed clients and re-introduce the service
New Business Development
Researching new leads (schools) and being on top of new developments in the education sector that are revolutionising the way children learn
Attending international trade shows where you will meet new and current clients
Outbound “courtesy calling” to existing clients to check that they are happy with the product ( approximate 20 ” contacts per day with clients whether via email , web or on the ‘phone)
Follow up of all new sales leads and prospects that you have met at trade fairs and events
Making appointments for software demonstrations at school premises
Presenting the learning aides and new product to Heads of Departments, Head Masters and Head Mistresses around the country and overseas
Previous software sales experience within Education
