We are looking for a passionate, motivated, and resourceful Bi-lingual Customer Support Advisor, with previous Customer Service experience and an interest in the Foods Market.
In this role, you will utilise your expertise in handling incoming enquires, reporting trend information when required, and ensure a continuous professional service. Amongst others, some of your main responsibilities will be:
– Delivering exceptional customer service to a wide network of internal and external stakeholders. – Demonstrate resilience and the ability to remain calm under pressure. – Logging and resolving incoming enquiries via the Support Desk. – Monitor product escalation and ensure appropriate and timely resolutions.
Skills and experience required: – Fluent in German/Finnish/French/Dutch/Swedish and English – Strong Customer Service skills – Excellent communication and interpersonal skills – Excellent time management skills with the ability to multi-task in a busy and dynamic work environment – Proactive and resourceful approach to tasks – Passion for high standard service delivery
