As a lead generator (Inside sales) you will be fully trained to take a next step in the business and your role will be to build a warm leads, contacts pipeline across France and Germany. Your job is to build a sales pipeline of qualified leads.
After 18 months, you should be ready to take on a Business Development Management role, then there will be opportunity to become a Business Development Director after that. This is one of the rare businesses that will show you what your career in the company will look like after 2 years and this will give you a goal to work towards. The medical research sector is a fast- expanding area and you will earn well. Average deal value is £1m ++ and the sales cycle can take up to 1 year to secure so your primary responsibility is to build that contacts pipeline and those relationships with decision makers.
The role in a nutshell: Generating qualified leads and appointments with decision makers.
This is a Mentored role you will be mentored and coached by a Senior Account Executive every step of the way and, so will have the opportunity to learn from experts on an ongoing training-on-the-job basis.
