Join a rapidly growing company as an Executive Assistant supporting the Managing Director, assisting in managing and scaling up a high-performance team and a worldwide operation.
As an Executive Assistant you will support the Managing Director in the day-to-day and strategic activities
Prepare quarterly and annual investor reports and presentations
Ensure weekly, monthly and quarterly department progress and budget reports are prepared
Collate internal data in order to produce and update sales, operations and financial dashboards
Organise and execute periodic team and company meetings
Update the company business plan
Prepare materials for meetings and provide post-meeting follow-up notes
Manage the MD diary, meetings and travel arrangements & itinerary
Source and lead the onboarding of newly hired professionals together with the CEO and Heads of Departments
Ensure the follow up on minutes from department and company meetings
Support the funding plan of the company
Prepare and coordinate board meetings
Manage the MD’s social media
Ad hoc projects, activities and market research per MD requests
Requirements
Highly self-motivated, confident, dedicated and practical
Strong communications skills written and verbal
Able to work to tight deadlines and prioritise workloads
Ability to exercise discretion when presented with highly sensitive and confidential information
Technical skills to include Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, LinkedIn
Experience in online research
Ability to be flexible and work extra hours in order to provide ad hoc support on an exceptional basis and on deadlines
A minimum of 2+ years as an Executive Assistant at Director or Senior Exec level, or as an Operations Manager
